Our company boutique assumes no responsibility for errors that may appear in the content of its web site, for example, the information related to the description of the products, their prices and their availability.

SALE

The sale of a product you order through the web site will only take effect when you have completed the order process and you have made the payment of the purchase invoice. Such price is listed next to the product on the website, at the time of your order. Federal and provincial sales taxes are in addition to the sale price.  Payment is accepted by Visa or Master Card processed securely by PayPal.

If product is not available at time of delivery, LES MÈCHES BOLDUC INC. will notify you by e-mail. You will then have the choice: 1) to cancel the sale, in which case LES MÈCHES BOLDUC INC. will refund in full the price paid, or 2) to replace the item.

PAYMENT/SECURITY

The confidentiality of your information is important to LES MÈCHES BOLDUC INC. Personal information received through e-mail will be shared with company personnel in order to meet the demand for products and services. We do not offer your e-mail address or any other item of information to a third party unless we get your permission.

SHIPPING

We ship the products you ordered to the address provided when ordering, by Canada Post or by an independent carrier. LES MÈCHES BOLDUC INC. is not responsible for any problems or damages, direct or indirect that may occur during delivery.

Shipping costs vary according to weight and number of packages of the order. Delivery schedule is set depending on your region.

When you place an order, a confirmation e-mail from MÈCHES BOLDUC INC. will be sent within 24 hours of the order to the e-mail address provided at time of purchase. To receive this e-mail, you must have paid your purchase via PayPal and received a confirmation thereof. If you do not receive this e-mail, please contact us at [email protected] Items are subject to availability and are not necessarily on hand at time of purchase. Orders received on holidays may experience a slight delay.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the description of products, prices and billing details and, if necessary, to correct any errors or inaccuracies. If impossible for you to do, you must notify LES MÈCHES BOLDUC INC. immediately by e-mail at [email protected]

In addition, you declare that all personal information sent to LES MÈCHES BOLDUC INC. for billing in order to complete the purchase are accurate. You also represent and warrant that you are the rightful owner of the credit card used to pay the retail price and taxes on products purchased. ACCEPTANCE AND ASSUMED RISK

The products you buy on the LES MÈCHES BOLDUC INC. web site will be delivered either by Canada Post or a private carrier; both are entirely independent of LES MÈCHES BOLDUC INC.

RETURN AND CANCELLATION

You have a period of thirty (30) days following the purchase date indicated on your purchase invoice to return the product by mail along with the original copy of the purchase invoice. Any returned product must not have been used and must be in its original packaging. LES MÈCHES BOLDUC INC. is not responsible for returns if the merchandise is damaged or not received. On a return of goods, shipping costs will not be refunded. LES MÈCHES BOLDUC INC. is not liable for any shipping or return shipping costs. Upon return of products purchased via our website, the amount of the purchase excluding any shipping costs will be credited to the credit card used in the transaction, as soon as we have received the product and determined its condition.
